Segovia
Segovia is a cute town to the northwest of Madrid. We made a day trip there.

The Roman aqueduct, built in the first century AD.

Segovia was another city built on a hill with many levels.

The aqueduct was built without any mortar holding the stones together. They are just very well placed. And it's lasted 2000 years. Yay Roman engineers!

Another cool thing about the aqueduct was that it is still in use.
