| Whitby |
|
Whitby was one of the last places we visited in England. It is up on the northeast coast of England. We took the bus from York, seeing the lovely moors on our way up. Whitby has a connection with Dracula, which is what tends to draw tourists, but we really weren't interested in that. We really wanted to see the Abbey.

Looking towards the town of Whitby. It's a charming town, but so isolated. It seems like the only thing that could keep you there is if you were a fisherman or in the tourist trade.
